MONTHLY MEETING MINUTES
Present at meeting: Rick Walker, John Springer, John Owens, Bob Pryor, Steve Lowe, Warren Lyon.
Call to Order by Rick Walker.
Present Minutes from last meeting
The minutes were presented and approved.
Financial Report:
Receipts for the year through July 11th , 2015 were $1,350.00, which constitutes current year dues from thirteen members.
Disbursements for the year through July 11th 2015 were $1,189.91. $1,058.23 was for socials and $89.68 for trophies, $42.00 for the rental of the post office box.
The net of receipts over disbursements results in a year to date cash surplus of $160.09.
The cash balance of $20,892.00 and includes $14,087.50 in a capital reserve.
We have thirteen dues paying members in 2015.
Motion to accept treasury report by John Owens, seconded by Warren Lyon, all in favor.

New Business
New Members:
The club welcomes two new members, Nat and Elizabeth Hart, and Rich and Marie Munson.
Remaining Funds for the Year:
The club has sufficient funds for the remainder of the year to cover the Christmas Party, and Annual Meeting. In addition to the reserve from previous years funds to handle any minor overages incurred.
Additional Slips:
Rick Walker mentioned some property available in the Berryville area that may be suitable for additional slips and possibly room for a club facility. There was a long discussion on this topic.
