Barge and Trailer Repairs:

Barge Repairs – Nat Hart said he would inspect the barge for cracks and damages and fill them with a combination of J.B. Weld and fiberglass cloth. After curing, later in the week, probably that Friday, Rich Munson said he could bring an air compressor to pressure test the pontoons. Any additional water would be pumped out using hand pumps before pressure testing.

Trailer Repairs – To be usable, the trailer needs a new jack stand, a new coupler, and tires as the old ones are dry rotted. Repairs are postponed for now. But it was noted that they could probably pick up new tires and rims from Tractor Supply. Trailer is currently located at Ben Hooks business yard.

Spring Fling and Fall Turkey Regatta Races – May 3rd was suggested for the Spring Fling Regatta and Dock Party. November 1st was suggested for the Fall Turkey Regatta and Dock Party.

Spring and Fall Saturday Sailboat Race Series – Brent Boyle suggested starting the Spring Series on March 22nd, with races to follow ever other weekend ending by June 14th. The Fall Race Series would pickup on August 23rd, and end by November 15th. The dates were confirmed without dissent.

Dock Parties – Two dock parties are scheduled following the Spring Fling and Fall Turkey Regattas events. Two other dock parties are planned instead of the Third Friday Social events.

Third Friday Socials – John Springer said they could host a St. Patrick Day social on March 21st. Brent Boyle said they might be able to host a social event on June 20th. Other Third Friday Events planned or scheduled at a later date.
