MONTHLY MEETING MINUTES
Present at meeting: Rick Walker, John Springer, Steve Lowe, Rich Munson, and Lynn Easley.
Call to order by Rick Walker.

The minutes were presented by Lynn Easley.
Motion to accept by John Springer, seconded by Steve Lowe.
Financial Report
Receipts:
Receipts through February 12, 2020 were $1,400.00, which consists of current dues from fourteen members so far.
Disbursements:
There have been no Disbursements thus far for 2020.
General Comments:
The cash balance as of February 12 is $16,497.03. The cash balance one year ago was $15,611.20.
Motion to accept Treasury report by Steve Lowe, seconded Lynn Easley.
Officer and Director Reports.
Rick Walker – No bill from Emerald Bay for the annual meeting, but expect it will be posted soon to his account.
Lynn Easley – Other members had suggested a deck wash down pump that would pull lake water for use in washing off boats during the time the water is cut off due to winter. It was suggested the cost be split among the boat owners at the marina as they would be the primary benefactors, rather than the entire club paying for it. John Springer will look into costs for one, they usually aren’t too expensive. It would be mounted near the current water connection is for use with existing hose.
Rich Munson – The Third Friday Social will be meeting at TMC or what used to be known as Coyote Sam’s as the regular location on February 21 at 6:00 PM.

Mast Hoist at Marina :
Ben Hooks added via email that the service company he has been talking to will meet at the marina in the next couple of weeks to take a look at the mast hoist, and will let the board know of the date.
New Business
Codify Annual Meeting Amendments:
Several additions to the bylaws were were brought up at the annual meeting to streamline or further clarify the existing bylaws. Rick Walker and Lynn Easley will work on getting them in final form.
Review Event Calendar for 2020:
The directors reviewed the events planned for 2020, most of the event days are established. The only possible changes might be to look at having the Christmas Party event on a Friday night, as reservations are easier made for those nights. Adding a speaker event was also discussed. Rick Walker will speak with two possible speakers to see what their schedules are.
Date and Time of Next Meeting:
The next meeting is scheduled for March 11th at Coyote Sam’s / Texas Music City at 12:00 noon.
