October 2026 Sail

Three sailboats took part in a October sail around the lake. Winds were light, but steady enough for sailing. The boats left the docks at Lake Palestine Marina and other locations, sailed through Saline Bay and down to the main section of the lake and back. Participants included Brent Boyle on his Beneteau 35s5, Ben Hooks with John Springer on Ben's Harbor 25, and Lynn Easley on his San Juan 24. After the sail, John cooked up burgers on the barge for the particpants and other guests.
